donating money for beggars

Devilish - I hate donating money for beggars - 10- June 2011
Government change does not mean people change. I was with my beloved yesterday I had her drive and I was relishing the comfort of watching the little left over scenic beauty of Chennai. The driving was not rash or rule breaking, I remember we waited for 3 long minutes before taking a ‘U’ turn in mount road Chennai opposite to the riche street we were having some fantastic time after dining at ‘La Chocolate Patisserie’ and planning how to spend our weekend either to call upon all friends or plan a movie; can you imagine how good someone would feel after the delicious, mouth watering chocolate pudding, the chocolate truffle lolly pop and white chocolate mousse? Relishing every moment with the loved one planning a great weekend ahead wishing this moment should continue forever and never want to end beating a no U turn sign and surpassing it is the last thing we want to do and it seems we did it.
A dark devilish dumb head spoiled our peace; hell he looked like some expired dark tan shoe polish his every appearance from all angle looked weird, I mean he is a traffic cop threatened us for 1000 bucks and later begged us for 100. I hate donating money for physically capable beggars but what to do? I had to do. This slum dog millionaire at the same time milked three other scapegoats other than me. There was this typical computer geek from Infosys standing next to this ‘beggar in uniform‘watching how much money this uniformed beggar is making. The BIU being paranoid assuming the nerd to be a videographer ordered him to move away from the bribing location the learned did not give up but fought for his right to stand simply at last he won, nerd proved his logical reasoning abilities. Don’t you forget he has cleared his rounds at Infosys!
`
P.S. BIU: denote Beggar in Uniform.

There isn't a magic formula for good management, of course, but if you're a manager, perhaps these tips will help you be more effective: 1 Choose a field thoughtfully. Make it one you enjoy. It's hard to be productive without enthusiasm. This is true whether you're a manager or employee; 2 Hire carefully and be willing to fire. It's easy to keep this person on the job because he's not terrible at what he does. But a good manager will replace him or move him to where he can succeed unambiguously; 3 Create a productive environment. This is a particular challenge because it requires different approaches depending on the context. Sometimes you maximise productivity by giving everybody his or h...
