I had my own untold sympathy myself but did not reveal since it was very evident that the customer is guilty. The point here is one cannot prove that she is guilty but there is her consciousness which would do the rest; I am sorry I am getting too personal this super human term “consciousness” does not relate to ordinary people like us. The customers frequent calls more than the naturally genuine non guilty self also gave me a doubt. Now she called and asked to meet the owner in person as soon as possible. At the meeting she fell on the shop owner’s feet and apologised.
The boutique owner appreciated her courage to apologise.
