My experience today.
- Its a total waste of time writing complaints to railways. I am soory even; I am a victim our problems will never be answered, the way the staff at egmore station responded and made me walk around from platform to platform today is a story to narrate with pain. The SMR 'proud station manager' I wonder why and for what that guy is proud after all ! The comment from him was " there are chances the vehicle would have been loaded in another train down south instead of north". The humour is northern rly says south is too far from been prompt. Good organization hats off.
